Introduction

Pinterest. Possibly the most amazing website I have ever come across. I have 48 boards filled with over 5,000 pins (and counting), with intentions to attempt all of them! Okay, that may be a stretch. But after a couple of years of my pinterest boards just accumulating without accomplishing anything, I decided to do something about it.  I am a stay-at-home mom to a beautiful four year old daughter, and a cuddly 2 year old son. I don't consider myself super creative or artistic.  My cooking skills are lacking (that's an understatement), and we won't even begin to start with my ability (or lack of ambition) to deep clean and organize.

This blog is a place to share the ideas I actually attempt from pinterest. Hopefully some will turn out, but some will most likely end up on one of the many pinterestfail.com sites. Whatever happens, it will be a fun adventure, a learning experience, and a place to keep myself accountable. Here's a link to my page if you want to check out the work I have ahead of me! http://pinterest.com/kls100/

Check out the blog archive to the right and see the projects I have been working on. You may even see a few that you'd like to try yourself!

I plan to make this quote less of a reality in the upcoming days...

I have ads on the site that I may generate income from.

If you purchase a product or service linked to from this site, I may receive an “affiliate commission.” I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255: “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.”

  1. This picture/quote sounds like me... My best friend shames me. She makes a point to give *at least* one pinterest project a go every week (and she's kept it up for several months thusfar). Maybe if I blogged about my attempts, I'd do better at actually *doing* the things on my boards...

  2. You should! It's a great incentive to actually do it, and it organizes them all in one place for easy reference!
