FOOD - Breakfast Pizza (Egg Bake)

Breakfast Pizza Recipe

I made this and it was delicious! I didn't have a pizza pan, so I used a rectangle pan which worked well.  I think this will be a new "go-to" recipe!!

1 (8 oz) can crescent dinner roll dough

Cooking spray

12 ounces turkey breakfast sausage

1 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed

1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

5 large eggs (or 1 8-oz carton egg substitute)

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (supposed to use fresh, but I only had the container)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Separate dough into triangles. 

Press dough into shape of whatever pan you are using, and crimp the edges to form a rim.

Cook sausage in skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain.

Top dough with sausage, potatoes, and cheese. Combine milk, salt, pepper, and eggs, stirring with a whisk. Pour like mixture over the sausage mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan.  

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until crust is browned.
